Nick has a background in development, investment and asset management having previously been a director of Royal and Sun Alliance Property Investments.

He is currently active in a variety of areas particularly through our new vehicle Astraside, where he is working on a number of our regeneration schemes. He is working with IRBC as a portfolio workout and through Kianna he is in the process of renovating an Elizabethan property in Dorking, the former home of William Mullins and his family, who sailed on the Mayflower.

Nick is a fellow of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a member of IPD.

Other interests include travel, sport as a spectator and enthusiastic participant, music especially Dylan, after whom the dog is named, and the family.
